Problem statement
Education leaders spend a lot of time filling out and understanding Excel sheets. Our ShikshaLokam support team then reviews and verifies these sheets to ensure they are in the correct format, which is a long and time-consuming process involving a lot of back and forth. We need to automate the resource and program creation process to reduce the efforts and intervention of ShikshaLokam.

Solution
We have designed a robust, fully functional, and easy-to-use creation portal that allows users to effortlessly create and publish projects. This portal simplifies the content creation process and since are users are way familiar with DIKSHA's interface, we have designed a very similar experience so that it's easy for the users.
Adding Project Details
Users can now easily add details of a project in a form format. They have to enter the same details as they did in the excel sheet but doing it in website has become lot easier.
Adding Project Resources and Tasks
Users can add tasks to the project or attach resources and manage them all in one place.
Adding Certificate Details
Users can also easily attach a certificate to the project.
IMPACT
This Project is in development phase but the concept, idea and design has been liked by the several state governments and this project has become their number 1 priority

This was my first project where I had to take the lead. I learned a lot from it, such as how to coordinate with the team, make decisions, communicate better, manage time, and work well with others.
The project was important because we had to transform an experience from an Excel sheet into a completely new design. We faced a lot of feedback throughout the process. Implementing all this feedback was challenging, but we made sure to value and incorporate it at every stage to enhance the final product.
In the end, leading this project taught me valuable lessons and helped me grow in many ways.
